The vapour diffusion insulation foils, which are offered specifically for the
construction industry, are aluminium foils laminated with PET and / or PE foils.

These composite foils have a WDD [water vapour impermeability] value of < 0.05 g / (m2d) and an Sd-value of > 1500 mm and are hence considered as water vapour impermeable in accordance with DIN EN ISO 12572.
Special composites fulfil the conditions for the building material class B2 in accordance with DIN 4102-1.
